RYLYNN SLADEK
Born in small town Northern Michigan, she grew up swimming, hiking, golfing, hunting, and anything else outdoors. She graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2022 with an environmental science degree and moved to Idaho in 2023. She worked summers with the forest service until she met Trevan and they decided to start RPS together.
Growing up for work she would mow, weed, maintain trails, plant, garden, and help with some customer service. She’s always loved being outside and doing the hands-on work. Now her favorite thing is being able to work alongside her boyfriend and create unique spaces that bring families together.
tREVAN ADAM
Born and raised in Sandpoint, he loves hunting, fishing, enjoying lake Pend Orielle, and hanging with his bird dog. He started work in the service industry as a waiter. He graduated from Sandpoint High School in 2021 and then started working as a drywaller. He’s not one to sit still, so on the side he helps hay and whatever else he can get into…which turned into starting RPS with Rylynn.
He’s always had a green thumb gardening and a love for the outdoors. His favorite thing about RPS is making people’s homes stand out and of course, working with Rylynn.
